This beautiful holiday house for up to 6 guests with a private swimming pool is ideally located near the center of Šilo, just 300 meters from a sandy beach. With a total living area of 115 m², the house offers comfort, space, and privacy—perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

The house features three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, a terrace, a balcony, and private parking. Guests can also enjoy a 300 m² fenced garden, ideal for children and outdoor relaxation.

On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and a dining table for six people. The ground floor also includes a cozy living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet, and a 25 m² game room featuring a PlayStation, children’s corner, and table football.

The first floor offers three air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. A spacious 25 m² balcony, accessible from two of the bedrooms, provides a lovely place to relax.

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (25 m², 8.00 × 3.50 m, depth 1.35 m). A private parking space is available next to the house.
The house is conveniently located 100 m from a shop, 200 m from a restaurant, and 150 m from a modern gym, which is open year-round (use not included in the price).
The price includes weekly bed linen and towel change, wireless internet, air conditioning, and final cleaning.
